Refund & Return Policy

At The Bharat Kart, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

 

Returns

 

 

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

 

Refunds

 

 

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval/rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 

 

Exchanges

 

 

• Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
